I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My bloated tummy can reach, when feeling out of sorts.
My bloated tummy can reach, when feeling out of sorts.I love thee to the length and distance my children have to run
to escape when they hide from me in the tree fort.
I love thee smoothly, as smooth as the creamy chocolate
that becomes my link with sanity.
I love thee dreamily, on those days when only naps
Make me fit for exposure to humanity.
I love being a woman. It's just not fair that we get all the fun and men have to miss out.

you are such a great writer...and can always make me laugh...even at life's blah times thanks for perking up my day!
I LOVE your ode! How hillarious. especially since just last night we were discussing the wonder drug that is midol! You always make me laugh & I can definitely relate to this post my friend!
Man, do I miss medication. I still have a year of nursing to go after the baby is born too. *sniff*
Yum, that cake looks delicious.
Now I need to find my precious Nutella jar. :)
Ahhh, the joy of sleeping in, my husband says I sleep in even if I wake up at 6 am, because he goes to work at 4:30 am.
But the nice thing is that Gabriel sleeps uninterrupted until 8:30 or 9 am, and he doesn't wake up crying, usually he smiles and makes sounds to wake me up, it's so nice. I have a feeling the next baby won't be so nice. :)
Oh, ho, ho! That is good! You are genius!
Hit the nail on the head, sister. As a compliment to you, I was thinking you may have made that piece of chocolate heaven with your own two hands. You don't need to confirm or deny.
